Currently, we have a highly qualified team, which allows us to face each of our jobs with the highest level of quality, service and perfection, trying at all times to anticipate the needs of our customers and providing new solutions to Your demands Our main activity center focuses on the manufacture of floors and soles for the footwear industry, highlighting the demand for leather soles, a product in which we are specialized and which we provide to a greater number of customers. In our continuous desire to innovate and anticipate demand, we currently also carry out a large part of our production to Injected floors, Crepe floors and other materials.
The trajectory traveled by Prefabricados Ruano has led us, throughout our journey, to work with national clients of first level to, at present, to have consolidated a wide portfolio of international clients with whom a close relationship has been established and that have found in our company the product they were waiting for its production. Currently, our operating portfolio is as high as our internal market.
Prefabricados Ruano is, today, a company capable of taking on the challenges that each manufacturer can propose for the manufacture of its floors, as well as offering them their production capacity, their trajectory of advances in materials, as well as a tradition in the finishes that guarantee each of the products that are produced in our company, always keeping in mind that quality is our goal.
We continue with our desire for research and development, and thanking the co-financing of both the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, and the European Union through the ERDF, for the help obtained under the INNOVA program FORWARD IN CASTILLA LA MANCHA.
With the present project, a template has been developed attached to the footwear floor with active substances incorporated in its textile structure that could improve the properties of the skin of the foot, or even alleviate dermatological problems and the consequent development of a new applied textile cosmeto in footwear
Prefabricados Ruano has carried out an investment project for the purchase of machinery and improvement of its facilities with the help of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, within the program -Adelante Inversión-, for the promotion of investment and improvement of business productivity in Castilla-La Mancha, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
Prefabricados Ruano has carried out the project «PROTER» Development of clothing footwear with thermal properties. This project has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the Intelligent Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, with the aim of promoting research, technological development and Innovation.
The specific Objectives of the project are a new fashion footwear with a non-slip feature, it will consist of new materials, new fabrics, membranes, linings, insoles and soles that allow to minimize slippage, but to maximize impermeability, perspiration, ventilation and thermoregulation.
The technical objectives that have been achieved are the following:
Ergonomic product with soles that contain anti-slip materials, formed by silicon, carbon and rubber, favoring greater friction on icy surfaces.
-Impermeability: developing and combining new materials and textile treatments that prevent the entry of any fluid from the outside into the footwear, in order to avoid moisture or sudden changes in the temperature inside the footwear.
-Thermoregulation: The PCM microcapsules have the ability to store and yield heat at the desired temperature according to the compounds that are going to — Internal microencapsular of the footwear, guaranteeing thermal comfort conditions.
-Ventilation: developing and combining new materials and textile treatments that allow the evacuation of excess heat inside the footwear.
After countless trials and analysis of each of the components that form a shoe by applying different chemical products and micro capsules, we have developed a shoe that meets all the specific and technical objectives that we set at the beginning of the project.
We have the utility model of the floor with non-slip properties, and the finished product that provides us with Waterproofness, Thermoregulation, and other optimal characteristics to withstand extreme temperatures.
